Citizens Master Plan The Citizens’ Master Plan 2005 was developed after extensive citizen input. Meetings with community leaders, public presentations, workshops, and design charrettes were held. These gathered visions became the basis upon which to guide our community’s future development. The plan is designed to be a living document that can change and grow consistent with the community’s development.
