Administrative Assistant Corinne Carlson is assisted by volunteers who handle bookkeeping and other office functions as required on a part time basis.

Other administrative functions include that of a Volunteer Coordinator, the official “Welcome Wagon” for TEAM. This person is the first direct connection between a prospective volunteer and the organization.  Specific procedures are in place to allow volunteers to find their niche in TEAM, to provide their time and talent whenever and however they are able. The coordinator is also responsible for securing volunteers for specific events and organizing a Newcomers Welcome Breakfast four times a year.
