New Years Eve at Fishermen’s Village!

Members of the Outreach Committee of TEAM Punta Gorda staffed a booth at the NYE celebration held at Fisherman’s Village on December 31, 2023.   Members shared information regarding TEAM PG, its mission and upcoming events as well as helping the guests ”glam up” for the evening.

Santa’s Elves At Holiday Lighting of Fishville

TEAM’s engaging Outreach Committee participated in the lighting of Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda on November 19th. From left to right, bottom to top: little elves Emmy, Kylie; Jan Holm, Ruth Dibene, Chair Gina Silvidi-Cairns; Jan Koenings and Lisa Colgan. Fishville Marketing and Events Manager Kathy Burnam was thrilled, “We had the biggest crowd ever,” she reported. Over a million lights and tropical holiday themed displays are on display now.

Harborside Garden at Four Points by Sheraton

The weather was perfect for TEAM’s 2023-2024 first of the season “Mixer” at the Four Points by Sheraton Harborside Garden on November 9.  A spirited collection of friends, volunteers and residents enjoyed delicious “bites” and conversation in this beautiful new waterside event venue adjacent to TT Tiki’s bar.  Our thanks to Four Points General Manager Craig Holt, Kelly Williamson, and their dedicated staff.
