TEAM Punta Gorda and the Rotary Club of Punta Gorda are working in concert with COAD (www.coadfl.org) to recruit and coordinate volunteers, resources, and vital communications to provide prompt disaster relief within the Punta Gorda community. There are a variety of support opportunities to consider once your personal situation is secured following a disaster.  

Thank you for volunteering in advance! You will be kept informed of specific needs once a disaster recovery plan is in place for the Punta Gorda community.

Complete the Volunteer Form and Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability. Participants aged 14-18 need a parent/guardian signature on the Release and Waiver of Liability (Page 2) Volunteers under 14 YEARS OLD cannot volunteer for liability reasons.
