Disaster Relief

Getting prepared for disaster relief.

All summer, TEAM Punta Gorda and the Rotary Club of Punta Gorda  worked in concert with COAD (www.coadfl.org) to recruit and coordinate volunteers, resources, and vital communications to provide prompt disaster relief within the Punta Gorda community.  The COAD committee will continue to meet monthly throughout the year to better manage all future disaster relief. 

Thank you for volunteering! We are ready to meet whatever Mother Nature brings our way. You will be kept informed of specific needs once a disaster recovery plan is in place for the Punta Gorda community.

Complete the Volunteer Form and Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability. Participants aged 14-18 need a parent/guardian signature on the Release and Waiver of Liability (Page 2) Volunteers under 14 YEARS OLD cannot volunteer for liability reasons.
